is a bar consulting business which specializes in bar spotting and liquor inventory. Our primary goal is to come into your establishment and monitor the transactions of your bar staff. We will notify you of your staff’s performance from preparing a cocktail to point of sale. We focus on every aspect of the bar and anything else you want us to watch. You will receive a detailed report by each spotter on each of your bartenders on their actions for the time we are there.

David M. Gonzalez founded Pro Spot Beverage Control Systems in 1999 and since then has helped many bars, restaurants and lounges commit to quality control and doing things right the first time. David is a veteran in the hospitality industry since 1989 and became a bartender shortly after. He was the Head Bartender of the legendary nightclub Latin Quarter in the heart of midtown Manhattan where he has worked for over twenty years. David was also the principal owner operator of his own Tapas Lounge in College Point Queens called Cask 15. He is licensed by New York State Department to teach bartending as a trade. He has been an instructor since 1997 and continues to teach the tools of the trade. David attended the American Sommelier Association in 2004 with whom he is in good standing.
